Uklidni To is a simple breathing exercise that runs right in your browser. This page explains what data the site works with — in short: practically none.

What the site doesn't do

• No registration or login
• No newsletter
• No custom analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Stores no data on a server — the site has no backend of its own

Local storage (localStorage)

To remember your breathing-exercise settings (e.g. chosen technique, color or vibration on/off), the site stores this data using localStorage technology directly in your browser. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.

Ads and cookie consent (Google AdSense)

The site displays ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, including personalizing ads based on your previous activity on the internet. These cookies are set and managed by Google, not by the operator of this site — we have no access to the data Google collects this way.

If you're visiting from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you should see a banner asking for your consent to ad-related cookies on your first visit (via a Google-certified consent management platform). You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link below, or directly on Google's Ad Settings page. Contact form

The app's left-hand menu includes a short contact form (name, email, message). When submitted, this information is delivered as an email to the site operator via the Web3Forms service — used only so we can reply to you. Web3Forms acts as a message-delivery intermediary (similar to any other email service) and does not retain the data for any further purpose of its own. Use the form only if you want a reply; if you don't fill it in and submit it, nothing happens.

Google Fonts

The site loads fonts (Orbitron, Poppins) from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may involve transmitting your IP address. This is not cross-site tracking or marketing use — it's purely the technical delivery of fonts. You can find more about Google's data processing in their privacy policy.

Advice & Guidance (Google Gemini)

The "Advice & Guidance" section lets you ask a question about calm, healthy lifestyle, dietary supplements or fitness and get an AI-generated answer. For this purpose, the text of your question is sent through the Firebase AI Logic service to the Google Gemini model, which generates the answer. A question is only sent when you actively use this section — nothing is sent automatically or in the background.

Answers are general AI-generated information, not medical advice or a diagnosis — for health-related topics, always consult a doctor or other qualified professional. Submitted questions are not stored on our side and are not linked to your identity; their processing follows Google's privacy policy (Gemini API / Firebase).

Abuse protection (Google reCAPTCHA / App Check)

To prevent automated bots from abusing the "Advice & Guidance" section, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 via Firebase App Check. reCAPTCHA works in the background to verify that a request comes from a real person in a real browser, and to do so it may process technical information about your device and behavior on the page (similar to other anti-spam protections). Visitor counter (Firebase)

The site displays a simple counter of total and currently online visits, powered by the Firebase Realtime Database. The counter works only with an aggregate visit number, not with data about any specific person.

Cookies

The site itself does not set any cookies of its own. Ad-related cookies are set by Google, as described above; Google reCAPTCHA may also set cookies/technical identifiers as part of protecting the "Advice & Guidance" section described above.

Links to other sites

The site contains links to SYNTHLUCIDA Relax Player. This policy applies only to Uklidni To — external sites have their own privacy policies.

International data transfers

The third-party services described above (Google AdSense, Google Fonts, Google Gemini / Firebase AI Logic, Google reCAPTCHA, Firebase Realtime Database, Web3Forms) may process data on servers outside the European Union or European Economic Area, for example in the US. These companies rely on standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized under EU law to ensure an adequate level of protection for such transfers. Your rights

Regarding personal data that the third-party services described above process about you (typically an IP address or technical identifiers related to ads, the Gemini/AI Advice & Guidance feature, or reCAPTCHA), you generally have the right to access, correct or delete that data, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ); if you're located elsewhere, you may contact your local data protection authority instead. Because this data is processed directly by Google/Web3Forms as an independent controller, these rights are best exercised through their own tools (e.g. your Google Account or Google Ad Settings). Data that stays only in your browser (localStorage) is under your device's control alone — delete it by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.
